TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This web site is operated by Food Concepts, Inc. By completing this purchase you are opting-in to receive email communications from Food Concepts, Inc. regarding your order.

  1. Only qualifying foodservice operators are eligible to participate.
  2. Payment must be received prior to shipment of Equipment, Premiums or Merchandising Materials.
  3. Equipment will be used for the sole purpose of displaying Tyson products exclusively.
  4. Customer will not modify equipment or remove the Tyson trademarks.
  5. Equipment cannot be removed from the place of business set forth in the information listed without the written consent of Tyson.
  6. Customer is responsible for maintaining the branded equipment and restocking with Tyson products during the term of this agreement.
  7. Customer will indemnify and hold Tyson harmless from any and all claims for injury or damage at any time resulting from installation, use or removal of equipment.
  8. Tyson reserves the right to audit customer and ensure compliance with this agreement.
  9. Customer will relinquish the equipment to Tyson in the event customer breaches any of these terms and conditions.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states is free! Most orders ship via FedEx; orders shipping to IA, IL, WI, MN, ND, NE and SD may be shipped via a regional delivery service. Transit times vary from 2-5 days.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Shipments to locations outside of the US mainland (including AK, HI, and military bases) will incur an additional freight charge. Since this charge varies depending on the contents of your order and the delivery location, it will be calculated after your order is submitted and your order will need to be placed directly through a customer service representative rather than through the web site. Please call (800) 419-9324 or email customerservice@foodpros.com to complete your order. For credit card orders, this also means that you will be charged via a separate invoice for this additional freight fee. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

2nd day, next day, and other expedited delivery services are available to most locations at an additional cost. Since this charge varies depending on the contents of your order and the delivery location, it will be calculated after your order is submitted; for credit card orders, this means that you will be charged via a separate invoice for this additional freight fee. If you require expedited shipping, please make sure to note this in the "special instructions" field when placing your order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If the outside packaging of your order is visibly dented, crushed, torn or otherwise significantly damaged, please reject the shipment and call (800) 419-9324 or email customerservice@foodpros.com to notify us of the issue. We will confirm the damage with the carrier and re-ship your order immediately.

RETURNS

You may return any unused, undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund in the form of your original payment, less a 15% re-stocking fee, for all returns received in resalable condition. Please include a copy of the packing list in the box and ship returns to:

If a product you receive is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please call (800) 419-9324 or email customerservice@foodpros.com to notify us of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.  Please do not return damaged or defective items before contacting us, as we will be unable to issue a refund.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

For equipment service or warranty claims, please contact the product manufacturer directly. Food Concepts is not able to process equipment warranty claims or service requests on your behalf.
