Polycarbonate guard with high impact- and heat-resistance for exceptional durability in the busiest environments. Protects roller grill items from debris, while easily allowing customers to access product through the lightweight front door. For added convenience, operators can temporarily rest buns and other condiments on the flat top. The guard sits firmly on top of the grill, yet is easily removed for cleaning.
